Pre-sale cleaning in Stockholm

A clean and fresh home makes a better first impression on buyers. We make sure your home is ready for the viewing.

If you are selling your home, it is important that buyers get a good impression at the viewing. The more buyers who leave with a positive impression, the higher the final price often is. That is why it pays to have a clean and fresh home when it is time for the viewing.

A clean home feels more welcoming and homely – and that feeling can push up the price. A pre-sale clean costing a few hundred kronor can bring in thousands more when you sell.

In a pre-sale clean we focus on everything that is visible: floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathroom, mirrors and windows. The result is a home that makes a good first impression, both in photos and in person.

What the pre-sale cleaning includes

  • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
  • Dusting and wiping of visible surfaces, skirting boards and window sills
  • Kitchen cleaning: worktops, hob, outside of appliances and tiles
  • Bathroom cleaning: toilet, washbasin, shower/bath and tiles
  • Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Removal of marks and fingerprints on doors and handles
  • Window cleaning (optional extra)

Frequently asked questions

When should the pre-sale cleaning be done?

Ideally the day before or the same day as the viewing, or before the photos are taken for the listing. Book in good time so that we can fit around the estate agent's schedule.

Can I get the RUT deduction on pre-sale cleaning?

Yes. With the RUT deduction you only pay half the labour cost. We deduct the amount directly on the invoice.

Can you clean before the photo shoot too?

Yes. Many customers book a clean before the photo shoot and a freshen-up before the viewing itself.
