We do both ongoing cleaning during construction projects and final cleaning when the building is finished. The tasks depend on the type of project, and we put together a plan with you.
Construction cleaning during the project
A clean and tidy site is safer and more efficient. We clean continuously while construction is under way, so that your tradespeople can focus on their work.
- Collection and removal of construction waste and debris
- Vacuuming and sweeping of floors and walkways
- Cleaning of stairwells, lifts and entrances
- Cleaning of site cabins, lunch rooms and toilets
Final cleaning before handover
When the build is finished, we make sure the premises are ready for inspection and move-in.
- Removal of construction dust from all surfaces, including walls, ceilings and vents
- Cleaning of windows, window frames and window sills
- Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and appliances
- Removal of protective plastic, tape, paint and mortar residue
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
