A clean home feels more welcoming, and that can show in the final price. A professional clean is a small cost next to what it can add when you sell.
Before a viewing we focus on what buyers see: floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathroom, mirrors and windows. Your home looks its best both in the photos and in person.
What's included in a pre-viewing clean
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Dust and wipe visible surfaces, skirting boards and window sills
- Kitchen: worktops, hob, outside of appliances and tiles
- Bathroom: toilet, washbasin, shower or bath and tiles
- Clean mirrors and glass
- Remove marks and fingerprints from doors and handles
- Window cleaning (optional extra)
Frequently asked questions
When should the pre-viewing cleaning be done?
Ideally the day before or on the day of the viewing, or before the photos for the listing are taken. Book in good time so we can fit around the estate agent's schedule.
Can I get the RUT deduction on pre-viewing cleaning?
Yes. RUT is Swedish tax relief on household services, and it means you only pay half the labour cost. We deduct it straight from the invoice.
Can you clean before the photos too?
Yes. Many customers book a clean before the photos and a quick touch-up before the viewing itself.
